Refund & Reschedule Policy

Reschedule: free of charge up to 24 hours before your session, using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: full refund, processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the session, or a no-show: not refundable.

If the session cannot be held because of a problem on our side, you may choose a new slot or a full refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
